Sabemos de Almohadas is an e-commerce store specializing in pillows. The client requested a complete redesign of their entire website.

Problem

The brand needed a fresh look, and UX/UI solutions were necessary to enhance the user experience. The main issues included: customers were unable to make informed decisions when purchasing pillows and needed guidance; the branding was outdated and did not reflect the brand's values; and there were problems with the purchase and checkout process.

Solution

I carried out an engaging and calming rebranding, designed a fully responsive website, and added an interactive "Find Your Perfect Pillow" test to guide customers through the purchasing process and help them make informed decisions.
